Can I still undertake one of your programs if I have a medical condition listed in the questionnaire?
Yes, however you will need written clearance from your allied health professional before commencing the program.


I’ve just had a baby — can I work with you?
Please wait until your baby is confidently eating regular solid foods before starting a program.


Do you have a change-of-mind or cancellation policy?
Yes. Please see the details below:

  • Kickstart program: Non-refundable

  • 6-Week program: Non-refundable

  • 12-Week program: Minimum 6-week commitment. If you choose not to continue beyond this point, 50% of the program price will be refunded.


Are the meal plans family-friendly?
Yes. Meal plans and recipes are designed to be quick, easy to prepare, and enjoyable for the whole family.


Do I have to exercise?
Nutrition is the priority within these programs. While incorporating daily movement (such as step targets) is encouraged where appropriate, this will always be considered in the context of your lifestyle and schedule.


I’m on a budget — will I be able to afford the foods included in the meal plans?
Yes. Meal plans are designed to be cost-effective and budget-friendly, using familiar ingredients that are easy to source.


I’m vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian — will your meal plans work for me?
At this stage, programs are designed for an animal-based diet and may not be suitable for vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian clients.


I don’t live locally but I’m interested in Pilates — what are my options?
